Included in our property management is the lease up of units. We do however lease up properties on a one time basis without our ongoing management service.

Altima has a customized screening process to ensure that the expectations of the potential tenant and the landlord are closely aligned.
Before creating a binding lease, Altima carefully considers the potential tenant’s
- Employment history
- Credit score
- Earinings sufficient to meet monthly rental obligations
- Their ability to respectfully maintain the property
CREATING A LEGALLY BINDING LEASE
The Ontario Government mandated a standard form lease in 2019. This form has a number of mandatory standard clauses
However, Landlords are permitted to add customized language to govern their individual circumstances
Altima can assist in drafting this language and appropriate clause for inclusion in the standard form lease
REGULAR INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE
Altima will work with you to create a schedule of regular inspections of both the extterior and interior of your property.
We will handle all minor routine repairs and maintenance on our own. For more major projects we will provide detailed written recommendations and costs for your approval before proceeding.
